Perseus is a handsome Shepherd who is searching to find someone to call his own.  He is a sweet boy with lots of energy.  Has not had much in the way of training but picks things up pretty quickly.  He still pulls on the leash at times but is learning good leash behavior.  On occassion he will jump up on you and for this reason we are looking for a home with no small children.  He has learned to sit and is currently learning the down command.  Perseus is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, tested for heartworm which was negative, now current on preventatives, and neutered.  A home with a secure physical fence would be a plus for this boy as he loves to run and play.  He does not do well with cats or small dogs and would need to be tested with other potential dogs in the home.  He has done well with some and others he is not real comfortable with.  If you think you have the home that Perseus will fit right into please complete our online adoption application at www.DelawareRescue.com
