We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Marlo's owner had to part with her because she hadn't gotten permission from her landlord to have a pet. She was very upset, but we promised her we would find her a wonderful family. Marlo will do best in a home with another kitten or young cat. Cat friendly dogs will be considered as well as older children.
