Flower and her sister were found inside a storage shed. We were actually able to trap the mother, take her to the vet and oddly, she had recently been spayed and released. The babies were tiny when that would have happened. Anyway, she's fixed and now Flower needs a home with another kitten or young cat sibling. Flower has been spayed and updated on all vaccinations.
