SPECIAL NEEDS KITTEN ALERT 
Gibbs is a approximately 8 week old Siamese mix kitten that was recently found by himself and confused at a local nursing home. He was brought to our rescue immediately and it didn't take long before we noticed he was different.  After observing him for a few hours,  we were almost certain he's deaf. It has taken him a while to be more comfortable in his environment,  but he’s playful and content. It's not uncommon for cats who have blue eyes to be hearing impaired, but it doesn't affect them negatively. We are looking for a mellow home for Gibbs,  where he can get his bearings slowly. Gibbs must be a strictly indoor cat forever as it's not safe for him outside. We would love to find him a Siamese,  or special needs experienced home.
