WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. CiCi is a cute little miniature poodle considered to be red in color. She weighs just 6 lbs. She is on the shy side as she came to us a retired breeding dog. CiCi will need to learn everything about being part of a family. She has been started on crate training and does ok with occasional accidents. We are now starting her on leash training as she has never been on a leash prior. Vet believes her to be approximately 5 years old. She has been spayed, tested negative for heartworm and now current on preventatives, updated on rabies and distemper vaccines and microchipped. She will need another confident trained dog in the home. She is more comfortable and happy when with another dog and seeks them out for comfort. The trained resident dog will also be key in her continued training. No young children as she has never been around them. Not tested with cats thus far.
