WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Cupcake is a boy!!! We thought he was a girl, but we were wrong. Cupcake is looking for his forever home,especially one with a kitty playmate. Kittens do better in pairs.
