Perky is a 4 year old female mix. Her owners turned her over to us to find her a good home since they did not have time to give her the care she deserves. She is a unique little dog. She is said to be a beagle/rotti mix. I would not have believed this until I saw her. She looks as if she is a mini rotti. Very friendly little girl.
