Akoya, is a type of pearl and Akoya the cat is beautiful and silky like a grey pearl. Her fur feels like a Chinchilla and is not super short. This little girl showed up at a friends house looking for a meal, just after the last cold snap. She is a very mellow kitty and seems fine around my dog.
