We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Harlow was brought to our rescue along with her mom and siblings on Easter Sunday, to keep them safe from predators outside. Mom and and 3 siblings have homes, except for her brother Hoyt is also available. They are very sweet, playful and sociable and young enough to be acclimated to cat friendly dogs.
